Card files in the Information Commons are broken down into separate sections for manuscripts, broadsides, graphics, maps, sheet music, Afro-Americana, genealogical resources, and newspapers. Information in these catalogs may not be captured by searches in HSP's online catalog, Discover

This online guide contains short descriptions of the collections (manuscripts, photographs, serials) of the Balch Institute for Ethnic Studies, which merged with HSP in 2002. The Discover online catalog also includes collection-level descriptions for Balch material.

HSP Encounters is a digital resource comprised of an ever-growing number of genealogical and biographical databases. Historical essays incorporated in the system describe each database, as well as providing historical context for the records it contains.

These dynamic pages can accommodate any two-column content. There are two rich text fields - left column and right column - that are laid out in a 60/40 width on the page. The page also has a Page Title and Image. The Destination field is not used.

This approach works around the 100 page limit in Wix.
